Overview

This walk begins in the historic Upper Town of Thessaloniki, offering panoramic views from the Trigonion Tower and the imposing Heptapyrgion.
Moving through the city’s Byzantine heritage, the route includes stops at the serene Vlatadon Monastery and the remarkable Latomos Monastery, known for its early Christian mosaics.
Following sections of the Byzantine Walls of Thessaloniki, the tour gradually descends toward the city center, where Roman-era landmarks come into view.
