No lengthy commitments

The prices shown on this page reflect the monthly costs of using our services. All paid GuidiGO plans work on a monthly billing cycle. You can decide at any time to downgrade to the Standard Plan (free) or to delete your account.

Change plans as you go

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time. Changes in price will take effect on your next billing cycle. We don’t prorate partial month charges and we cannot issue refunds for partial or previous months.

Test our services for free

The Standard Plan allows you to test the full functionality of creating and publishing on the GuidiGO platform indefinitely. You can publish 2 tours, but you will not be able to sell them.

FAQ

What does the number of monthly updates mean?

An update is a re-publication of your tour after editing. You can edit your tours as often as you want, only the number of re-publications (updates) are limited each month, according to the plan linked to your account.

What does a custom map mean?

If your tour takes place within a building (museum, castle...) or an enclosed site (park, zoo...) you can replace the external GuidiGO map with a personal custom map better suited to your tour. You can even upload several if your visit is conducted on different levels of a building.

What does the “On-Site Pass” ® functionality mean?

"On-Site Pass"® allows you to generate personalized tickets with QR codes that permit one-time downloading of your tours so that you can distribute your content to physical points, like a tourist site booth or via a partner (hotel, shop, etc.). This feature also allows you to group your visits together for sale as a "Pass."

How can I issue tickets using the "On-Site Pass" ® functionality?

In GuidiGO Studio, select the tab "Pass," at the top of the Home page.

How do I get paid when I sell a tour on the GuidiGO application for iPhone and Android?

Any sales made directly in the application leads to revenue sharing between the appstore - Apple appstore or Google Play - (30%), GuidiGO (30%) and the Author (40%). The distribution is based on the sale price of the tour.
For example, a tour bought for $3.50 through the application, earns you $1.40.

How do I get paid when I sell a tour via the "On-Site Pass" ® of GuidiGO?

Any sales made via the "On-Site Pass"® leads to revenue sharing between GuidiGO (30%) and the author (70%). The distribution is based on the sale price of the tour. For example, a tour bought for $3.50 through the Pass, earns you $2.45.

Am I obliged to issue "Passes" to sell my visits?

No. If you have purchased a paying plan, you can simply sell your visits within the GuidiGO application for iPhone and Android.

Where can I track my sales and income?

If you have purchased a plan, you can monitor and analyze your sales and income in real time through the "Analytics" feature. (Analytics are not available on the Standard Plan.)

When do I get paid the profits from my sales?

The profits from your sales each month will be paid on the 15th of the following month, above a minimum of $100. Below this amount, your payment is deferred to the next period.
