Overview

New Americans Museum (NAM) is a living space for immigrant histories—post World War II.

Over 2,000 square feet of combined exhibition galleries, in addition to a classroom space/research center, museum store, and oral histories recording studio capture the region's culturally diverse immigrant experience.

In 2015, the Museum will host four curated exhibitions.

In addition, NAM will produce key educational programming. They include docent and school tours, artist talks, a student 'Immigrant Journeys' essay contest, the children's naturalization/citizenship ceremony, a digital histories archiving project, and the new 'Emerging Arts Leaders Internship' program.
